What attracted you to the Hartford Hospital Residency Program? I wanted to work at a hospital with a positive environment both within the pharmacy and interdisciplinary teams, and when talking to the previous year's residents they emphasized the hospital's welcoming nature. I was also searching for a program with preceptors who provide me with honest feedback to help me improve and celebrate my wins, when talking with Hartford Hospital in my interview I knew the preceptors would be just that. A program that offered a diverse set of rotation options was also top of my list, to encourage me to become a well-rounded pharmacist. With Hartford Hospital's wide variety of rotations and flexibility of scheduling I knew I would be able to get the learning experiences I was looking for.
